Elżbieta Filipiak - graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków in the field of Metallurgy specializing in Metal Physics and Metallurgy. Then she completed post-graduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of financial management in the company and gained the accounting officer's rights. Elżbieta Filipiak has been the President of the Management Board since 2001 in Grupa EFI S.A. Elżbieta Filipiak also performs functions in several companies of the Comarch Group, is a member of the Business Chapter of the Jagiellonian University and a member of the Council of Polnische Kulturstiftung LIBERTAS in Switzerland. In the years 1988-1989 she completed an internship at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering at the University of Adelaide in Australia. In 1990 she started working on her own account. She is a co-founder of Comarch S.A. and a significant shareholder of the company. From the beginning of Comarch operations, she has been a member of the company's governing bodies.
Elżbieta Filipiak does not conduct any activity competitive to the activities of Comarch SA. She does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership or capital company, nor does she participate in a competitive legal person as a member of its body. She is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
Krzysztof Krawczyk is the head of the Warsaw office and a Partner at CVC Capital Partners, one of the world’s leading private equity and investment advisory firms. Krzysztof Krawczyk has over 26 years of experience in the private equity industry in the Central and Eastern European market. Before joining CVC Capital Partners, Krzysztof Krawczyk was a managing partner at Innova Capital, a private equity firm investing in mid-sized companies in Central Europe. Between 1996 and 1997, he worked as an analyst in the advisory division of the Japanese investment bank Daiwa, and from 1998 to 2000, he was a senior investment analyst at Pioneer Investment Poland. He has led investments in numerous companies across sectors such as telecommunications and media, manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare, including both private and publicly traded companies. He has served, or still serves, on the supervisory boards of several publicly traded companies, including Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. and STS Holding S.A. He is also a member of the Polish Business Roundtable, a board member of the TVN Foundation and the Polish Business Roundtable Foundation, as well as a council member of the venture philanthropy fund “Valores” Foundation. From 2015 to 2020, Krzysztof Krawczyk served as Vice President of the Board and Treasurer of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (PL: PSIK).
Krzysztof Krawczyk is a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where he earned a degree (with distinction) in Finance and Banking. Additionally, he completed an executive program at Harvard Business School.

Maciej Godek is an economist and a graduate of Harvard University (MBA), the University of Oxford (M.Phil), and the University of Essex.
He currently serves as a Director in the Warsaw office of CVC Capital Partners, one of the world’s leading private equity firms, where he is a member of the CVC Eastern Europe & Middle East team.
Since joining CVC Capital Partners in 2018, he has been involved in all of CVC’s investments in Poland, including Comarch, Żabka, and Stock Spirits.
Earlier in his career, he gained professional experience at Abris Capital Partners in Warsaw, L.E.K. Consulting in Boston and London, and Credit Suisse in London.
Maciej Godek’s activities outside Comarch S.A. are not competitive with those conducted by Comarch S.A.
